- Description: Learning how to make your own books can be hugely satisfying, either to use as a personal notebook, or given as gifts. Knowing you have a unique book that you made yourself makes it that little bit special. They can be used for diaries, notes, sketchbooks, or even a personalised poetry book for a special someone. Once you learn the basic techniques, the possibilities are as limited as your imagination. We will learn how to make simple pamphlet fold notebooks, 2 section soft covered books, and how to construct a hard cover for an extra special book. I will also touch on the techniques used to recycle used scraps into handmade paper.
