  • Description: Paradise lost to paradise regained. Adam's sin lost us the right to Heaven, and through the love and mercy of God our Father, He sent His Son to redeem us from our sins and give us the chance to get to Heaven. This block we begin at the beginning of the New Testament from the Annunciation of John the Baptist to the Shepherd's at the Manger. Jesus has become the "New Adam". Prepare for the feast of Christmas and realise the great sacrifice God has done lowering Himself to human nature. The joy of Christmas is truly beautiful if we prepare well and understand the message of the Bible. The craft activity throughout this block will involve the children making their own peg doll nativity set that will be continued after class.
