  • Book Club 5-7 *Sept 2026* Christopher Pumpkin by Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet

    Join us for a pumpkin packed 5 week book club adventure based on the wonderfully funny Christopher Pumpkin by Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet! Perfect for children aged 5–7 years (although everyone is very welcome), this friendly book club is a fantastic way to encourage a love of reading, build confidence, and share stories with other children who enjoy books and creativity. There is always the opportunity to read aloud, but never any pressure, making it a welcoming space for children of all abilities.

    As we follow Christopher’s hilarious adventures, we’ll bring the story to life through imaginative activities, from creating our own magical spells and inventing spooky party food ideas to designing pumpkin decorations and finishing with a delicious chocolate pumpkin patch celebration.

    Filled with fun, creativity, discussion, and autumnal fun, this is the perfect opportunity for children to explore a wonderful story, share their ideas, make new friends, and grow in confidence together. 🎃📚✨

  • Course Objectives:

    Week 1 - Create your own magic spell!

    Week 2 - Write your spooky party food list

    Week 3 - Create your own pumpkin decorations

    Week 4 - Write a book review

    Week 5 - Make a delicious chocolate pumpkin patch cake with strawberry pumpkins!

I’m Claire and together with my lovely mama Rosemary Willmer, we run Time to Cook! 🥄
I have 3 beautiful but crazy boys ranging from 7-3 years! I generally spend my days re-heating cups of tea, running after my littlest in the park, in the kitchen or watching trashy tv series although I’m currently obsessed with Stranger Things ☠️
I am totally in love with the sea 🌊 and the beach is my happy place! I love a bit of sea dipping and the obligatory ice cream on the way home! 🍦

  • How do I access the live sessions?

    You will receive a confirmation email from Zoom, containing details of your live registration.

    You will also have a reminder one hour before the start of each class.

    The live session can be accessed from the 'Join Webinar' button in these emails.

  • I've missed a session, can I have the recording?

    All recordings are uploaded within 24 hours to here - your dashboard - so you can watch whenever is convenient.
