    ✨Bring your imagination to life in this fun and creative five-week online course inspired by the magic of Disney storytelling!✨

    💜Throughout the course, learners will explore what makes Disney characters so memorable by looking at their personalities, appearance, and the different ways they are presented in films. Using these ideas as inspiration, each learner will design their own original Disney-style character, complete with a unique name, personality traits, backstory, and costume design.

    💛By the end of the course, learners will be ready to present their character while developing creativity, communication skills, and self-expression in a supportive and engaging environment.

    During this course learners will:
    🪄Discover the key features that make Disney characters unique and memorable.

    🪄Explore different ways Disney characters are presented in films and why these techniques are effective.

    🪄Design and develop their own original Disney-inspired character, including their name, qualities, backstory, and costume.

    🪄Build confidence by presenting their finished character to the class.

    No previous drawing or design experience is needed - just a love of creativity, imagination, and Disney!

  • Course Objectives

Hi, I’m Laura! I’ve been a Primary School Teacher for over 13 years and have loved taking on a variety of roles along the way, including Early Years Lead, KS1 Lead, SENCo, Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and Deputy Head.
No matter the role, my passion has always been the same - supporting, nurturing and really listening, so I can make a positive difference to children, families and colleagues.
Outside of school, I’m a busy mum to Rosie, love spending time with family and friends, and enjoy being outdoors (especially in the sunshine!).
I’m also a big fan of a good detective story - I love trying to work out “who did it” before the end!

    You will receive a confirmation email from Zoom, containing details of your live registration.

    You will also have a reminder one hour before the start of each class.

    The live session can be accessed from the 'Join Webinar' button in these emails.

  • I've missed a session, can I have the recording?

    All recordings are uploaded within 24 hours to here - your dashboard - so you can watch whenever is convenient.
