- Description: We are taking text from the book 'The Wind in the Willows' and creating our own picture based on this. The children will be encouraged to either follow the drawing example lead by Dominic or create their own imaginative drawing alongside. The block will be split into 3 distinct recordings: the basic outline of the meadow bank, the river and the pier; rats home, the woods, bank 2; adding the detail to include the animals and the boat. To encourage the children to use literary texts to create their own imaginative masterpieces of art.
