Content

  • Tide of Shadows

This is the second lesson in the series of Pirate Puzzle adventure so complete the first one first.

Season two begins and the ocean is uneasy. A shipwreck has been found where no ship should ever have sailed and rumours speak of a map carved into metal that cannot rust or burn. The pieces are scattered across rival pirate fleets, coded in riddles that only a few can solve.

A masked captain known only as The Black Lantern has returned from the dead, claiming to know the truth behind the lost treasure of the Tides. But every clue feels like a trap. Every message is written in layered puzzles and wordplay that twist your thinking in knots. One wrong step and the ocean takes everything.

Work together to decode riddles, crack ciphers and unravel cryptic clues while the story pushes forward in real time. Strange symbols, hidden coordinates and puzzles that open secrets rather than doors. The race is on and the storm is building.

Are you ready to sail into the shadows and unlock what others have drowned trying to find?

Tutor

Paul (Mr Harris)

Maths, Computer skills, Board Game Design Tutor

Howdy, I’m Paul and, when I’m not rustlin’ cattle or cowboying in the American West, I mainly teach me some Mathematics but also program a little Java in the Hub for a range of age groups. I believe Mathematics should be an exploration so my lessons are usually themed around a project or adventure where each Maths topic is in a contextual format. I have been a secondary school teacher for 18 years, though recently began to teach at a sixth form college but I also have my own businesses running a board game convention and publishing my own board game designs. When not working I am a keen board gamer and very sporty, enjoying running Parkruns and playing football, cricket or golf. I have a half-Italian wife and a small human toddler who runs our family by the name of Isabella-Rose. I love music, puzzles, humour and silliness. My heroes are Leonardo Da Vinci and Ryan Reynolds.
