    Italy: A Land of Wonders!

    Join us on a five-week journey through Italy, where children will explore its fascinating geography, rich culture, and famous landmarks.

    We'll be exploring the snowy Alps, sunny Mediterranean coasts, and iconic cities like Rome and Venice and children will uncover how Italy’s unique geography shapes its food, climate, and history, with opportunities to explore simple Italian food, take part in exciting crafts, and discover the legacy of the Ancient Romans.

    Designed to inspire curiosity and creativity, this topic is the perfect blend of geography and cultural exploration, offering a fun and interactive way for children to learn about one of the world’s most captivating countries!

  • Course Objectives:

    Locate Italy on a map and identify key geographical features, including mountains, rivers, and cities.

    Understand the climate and weather patterns of Italy and how they influence life.

    Explore Italy’s human geography, including land use and famous landmarks.

    Learn about Italy’s history and culture, connecting its geography to food, traditions, and art.

Geography, KS2 Topic Tutor

Hello 👋🏻 My name is Kerry and I am really happy to be joining the £2 tuition hub family as a tutor. Iwill be teaching the KS2 Topic and Geography classes and can’t wait to see some of you there. I’m an KS1 and KS2 specialist teacher, teaching in the classroom for 14 years before tutoring and my favourite subjects (to teach and to learn!) are history, geography, art and science. When I’m not teaching, I love to read, cook, go for walks and play games with my 3 year old, Alfie!

    You will receive a confirmation email from Zoom, containing details of your live registration. You will also have a reminder one hour before the start of each class. The live session can be accessed from the 'Join Webinar' button in these emails.

  • I've missed a session, can I have the recording?

    All recordings are uploaded within 24hours to here - your dashboard - so you can watch whenever is convenient
