Content

  • Block 1 September:- Paper 2 – Geographical Skills. We will have completed some skills in the last Block Grid references and Directions using compass points. skills of application, interpretation and analysis of geographical information, for example: – topographical maps – tables of data – other maps – written material – diagrams – photographs and pictorial material – graphs • application of graphical and other techniques.

  • This annual plan will be for 4 blocks. Then, depending when the exams are set for, there will be an extra, separate revision block before the exams in early May (which is not included in this plan).

Geography, Environmental, Tourism IGCSE Tutor

Hi, My name is Kim Haddock and I have been teaching for many years. My specialism is Geography KS3, GCSE and A level. Over the last few years after retiring from full time classroom teaching, like many of us I have adjusted to teaching part time online. I have spent a lot of time travelling overseas as well as teaching overseas, so I feel I have a good understanding of international curricula. I also try where possible to use my own experiences to enrich lessons where appropriate with relevant photos or personal anecdotes.
