Content

  • In the September block we will be looking at:- Factors, Multiples, FDP and introduction to Algebra. Block 1 - This block will cover the following material suitable for those studying GCSE and IGCSE aiming at grades 7 and above. This extension class is designed to use the material taught within the weekly class and extend it into higher level questions and topic overlap.

  • In this first block the weekly class will cover Factors, Multiples, Primes, (LCM/HCF), Fractions, decimals, percentages and an introduction into basic algebra. Material will be available in both written form (worksheets+answers) and also using LBQ online tasks.

IGCSE Maths Tutor

Hi, I’m Doug. I’ve been teaching maths full-time in schools for over 17 years, but over the last year and a bit I have been teaching online and helping homeschool our 4 eldest children. I’m loving teaching on the hub and what it offers to so many home educating families…. especially what value for money it is!!! In addition to teaching maths I also teach/train cadets at school as well as coach target rifle shooting. It has been a pleasure teaching so many new faces on the hub so far, and I look forward to them becoming familiar over our mathematical journey.😁
