Glitter and Sparkle
In Block 2, we’ll be exploring the theme of glitter and sparkle together.
Each week brings a new activity with a touch of shine, from crafts and cooking to games and festive fun.
Pawprint badges are a creative way for children to work towards an end goal.
Your child will complete the activities and earn their badge virtually. If they’d like to collect them, badges can also be purchased from the Pawprint website, but this is not essential.
Here’s what we’ll be doing each week:
✨ Week 1 - Who is Henry Ruschmann?
We’ll learn about the inventor of glitter and have a go at making our own eco glitter.
🎨 Week 2 - Craft:
Create your own DIY disco ball.
🍭 Week 3 - Food:
Make glitterball cake pops.
🎲 Week 4 - Games:
Dance games, scavenger hunts, and puzzles such as spot the difference and memory games – all with a glitter and sparkle twist.
🎄 Week 5 - Other:
Finish the block with a festive DIY Christmas piñata.
I’m really looking forward to getting started and can’t wait to see what you all create!
