  • Learning Show Description

    In this Learning Show, we’ll dive into the exciting world of the Premier League - exploring the biggest clubs, legendary players and record breaking moments in English football.

    From iconic teams to historic achievements, each session will build your football knowledge step by step as you work towards achieving your AQA Unit Award (123485).

    Across the weeks, learners will complete their virtual workbook, helping them to record what they’ve discovered and demonstrate their understanding of the Premier League.

    Each session brings a new football focus, packed with facts, challenges and engaging activities along the way.

    Here’s what we’ll be getting up to each week:

    🏟 Week 1 - Top Premier League Clubs
    We’ll kick things off by exploring the top 10 Premier League clubs, learning who they are and what makes them stand out in English football.

    🏆 Week 2 - The Top Team & Their Success
    We’ll take a closer look at the top team, discovering at least one of their major accolades and learning about 16 key players who have represented them.

    📊 Week 3 - Records & Champions
    This week focuses on the big records - including which club has won the most Premier League titles and who the richest club in the league is.

    🏟 Week 4 - Stadiums & Seasons
    We’ll explore the scale of the league, including which team has the biggest stadium and how many fixtures take place in a Premier League season.

    💰 Week 5 - Legends & Big Transfers
    To finish, we’ll discover some iconic figures and moments - including the longest serving manager in Premier League history and the most expensive signing ever.

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a primary school teacher, specialising in the early years (ages 3-7). I qualified in 2013 from Bath Spa University and have taught throughout the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 ever since, coordinating many subjects including maths, science and PE. In 2018, I completed my NASENCO award and worked as a SENCO, supporting many wonderful families, alongside teaching. I live by the sea in Weston super Mare with my husband, toddler daughter and two cheeky pugs. Since becoming a Mummy, I have realised how quickly our children grow up so have recently started teaching part time to enjoy this precious time with my daughter. I love sharing my passion for teaching with those of you in the Hub – it really is the highlight of my working week!

    All recordings are uploaded within 24 hours to here - your dashboard - so you can watch whenever is convenient.
