  • Description: "Each week we will look at an element of fitness. Whether that's progressions, regressions, using weights, focusing on balance etc. We will play a few games using those new skills. We will (most weeks) practice some throwing and catching skills - hand eye, foot - eye coordination. In the last part of the session we will focus on nutrition - calories, BMI, what foods give you. And anatomy of the human body - bones, muscles, internal organs, functions and places (Inc. Names) of each of these. It's going to be a blast."
