This is the second block, please complete block one first

Ready to take the next step on your Silver Arts Award journey? In Block 2, we'll explore the creative world beyond your own practice as we work through Unit 1 Part C and Part D. You will research an artist or creative practitioner whose work inspires you, explore their career journey and discover more about the opportunities and pathways within the arts that are available to you. We'll also look at ways to share your own experiences of being an audience member within the arts and how they can be used to help others. This block is a lovely opportunity to find inspiration, discover where creativity can lead and start thinking about your own place within the wider arts world.

Tutor

Lydia .

Fashion and Art Tutor

Hi! I’m Lydia and I teach Art, Fashion, Crochet, Knit and Embroidery in the hub and love every second of it.
You’ll also find me in the Social Pods running activities, which I’m super excited about. It’s so lovely to talk to the wonderful members in the hub about their hobbies and interests and see their confidence grow as they form friendships.
I’ve been a Secondary School teacher for 14 years but made the decision to leave the classroom this year and focus on teaching sessions that encourage fun, creativity and learning without limit.
