    I know you will have the 'capacity' to explore all 'areas' of this block and together we will go the 'distance.'

    Convert units of measure e.g: kilometres to metres, kilograms to grams

    Calculate perimeter and area of rectilinear shapes

    Calculate time e.g: hours to minutes, minutes to seconds, years to months

    Estimate, compare and calculate money

    Explore length, mass and capacity

Year 3/4 Maths & English Tutor

Hi, I'm Jan! I am so excited to be part of the Hub, and I can't wait to share my passion for learning with you all. I have been teaching for 20 years, spending 5 of those as a head teacher. However, my heart has always been with teaching, and so I left the office to spend my days as a supply teacher, and I couldn't be happier! I am back where I belong doing what I love. I live in Yeovil with my husband and three crazy cats. I have two grown-up sons and two wonderful daughters in law. I am a Potterhead who loves to read, build lego, draw, and collect shells. I can't wait for our learning adventures together.

    You will also have a reminder one hour before the start of each class.

    The live session can be accessed from the 'Join Webinar' button in these emails.

  • I've missed a session, can I have the recording?

    All recordings are uploaded within 24 hours to here - your dashboard - so you can watch whenever is convenient.
